A special, limited lot from the San Lazaro farm. Caturra beans depulped and fermented in mango pulp for 45 hours. Makes for a unique cup.

Pour over or drip - Clean, light bodied cup. Notes of green tea, white/green grape, honey. Low acidity.

Espresso - These beans shine as a single origin espresso. Bright cup. Notes of honeydew melon, some floral notes and hints of mango.
